Atrovent Nasal (ipratropium) for Rhinorrhea "I have non-allergic or vasomotor rhinitis, so my nose constantly was running whether I was eating/drinking, exercising, in cold weather, etc. I couldn't go anywhere without Kleenex. This nasal spray totally cured my runny nose. I'll never go without it. I don't have to carry Kleenex anymore. I use the 0.03 prescription and use it less than prescribed. The only downside to this drug is that it dries out my eyes. The first couple of days I thought it dried my nose out too, but that went away with use and perhaps using it a little less."

Atrovent Nasal (ipratropium) for Rhinorrhea "I only wish someone had prescribed this for me sooner! I have both allergies year-round and also vasomotor rhinitis and was constantly blowing and sniffling - not a good thing when you work as a registered nurse! This has been life-changing."

For Rhinorrhea "I hadn't been able to be without a hanky for 12 years. My PCP kept me using fluticasone propionate on and off forever, with no change. (Shame on me) Local ENT, after CT scans and allergy testing, said, 'You just have it.' Finally went to the Cleveland Clinic ENT and was prescribed the ipratropium spray, and it started working the first time I used it. Now just working on adjusting to use the minimal amount necessary to still achieve these great results."

Atrovent Nasal (ipratropium) for Rhinorrhea "I have just got a cold and gone through the sore throat stage up to the runny nose stage. I am a bit tired but took Atrovent Nasal Forte about 3 hours ago, and within 15 minutes, my nose was completely clear, and it is still clear. Two pumps, and that's it. I tried two other brands and did not work. This is awesome!"

For Rhinorrhea "Atrovent forte is the best and only effective product I ever used for post nasal drip. I only needed to use one spray in each nostril once a morning (once a day). So disappointed now that it is no longer being manufactured. Have subsequently tried three other nasal sprays plus antihistamines and ALL have failed to work. Has anyone found an alternate product that is as effective as Atrovent? Hate having to pack extra tissue in my bag every day now!"

For Rhinorrhea "Using for 2 years then my eyes began tearing excessively. I stood this for almost 1.5 months. Stopped ipratropium. Tears stopped. Now continuous nasal rhinitis. May resume spray but will tears and nasal irritation begin? Deciding..."

For Rhinorrhea "After spraying into each nostril, my nose runs for 30 minutes. It's quite drying and seems to become less effective with continued use. Thought it was a miracle drug initially, but not so sure anymore."

For Rhinorrhea "Does anyone know of a good alternative to this?? Been using Ipatropium for years and really sad it has been discontinued. My doctor has prescribed Dymista Fluticasone but yet to try it, I hope it works but I can't imagine anything will be as good"

For Rhinorrhea "Effective in rhinorrhea, clean the dose thoroughly before spraying every 6 hrs. Keep the dose to 1 spray in the left and right nostril. 6 years of experience."

For Rhinorrhea "Was really looking forward to this helping to dry up my runny nose. Unlike other nasal sprays this was specifically for drying the mucus. Very disappointing."
