"It helped me well for nearly three years. Then my doctor changed me to something else. While in the changeover, I discovered that I had several things go away that I thought were actually caused by my CIDP. I was having severe tremors, slow movements, bad paresthesia, and other small issues. Now that I have been off of the Hizentra, these problems seem to be going away slowly. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful for the medication. It did wonders for me and helped my body immensely. I can walk better instead of being in bed all of the time, etc."

"6/23/25 first infusion was not hard to do. started late afternoon waiting for a nurse teacher. 3:30. Finished at 7:30. Took a lot longer than I expected. Only one site was painful (had three). The other two were non-feeling. After removing the needles, the left side of my stomach was still painful. My upper stomach is very swollen, hard, and extremely tender. It is very, very red. I'm not at all sure about this medication."
