For Anxiety "I took this for years. I was an emergency dispatch operator, lots of stress. It works for sleep, anxiety, well-being... but it gave me a horrible appetite. I was always hungry, which was the only problem."

For Anxiety "Seems to help. Helps a lot of different things. Only need one capsule, unlike other meds. Will stay on it for a while."
