"I took one dose of echinacea and have been feeling bad for three days. Since it’s a supplement, I didn’t think there would be side effects… I was wrong! I have been nauseous and having extremely bad breath. I hope it gets out of my system soon because I’m so tired of feeling like this."

"I started taking Echinacea as a recommendation from my doctor 3 months ago. Two weeks into taking it, I started feeling sick, high anxiety, sweats, shortness of breath, had no idea it was the Echinacea. Several trips to the ER for treatment, COVID-19 tests. Was diagnosed with a URI. 3 months later, still feeling awful. Again, several trips to the ER. Realized what I was doing different: the Echinacea! Stopped taking it! 5 days, and I am feeling better, not 100%, but can definitely feel a dif. Please, please, please, this Echinacea is not as great as they make it sound. Be very careful."
