For COVID-19 "I got vaccinated in January 2021 with Moderna. My wife, who was 7 months pregnant, was not yet vaccinated because we did not know what effects it would have on our baby. In March, my wife got severely ill with COVID and had to be hospitalized, intubated, and placed on ECMO/life support. Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan (NYC) had to do an emergency C-section to save my wife and the baby, which they did. Throughout the entire ordeal and while caring for my wife at home prior to the hospitalization, I did not get sick from COVID. I fully, FULLY credit God and the Moderna COVID vaccine for preventing me from getting sick. Happy to say that my wife already got her 1st dose of Moderna, and on August 28, she will get her 2nd dose. I strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated to protect their loved ones and the public in general, don't put yourself through the ordeal we had to go through."

For COVID-19 "Received the first Moderna vaccine in early April 2021. My arm was a tad sore and light pink at the injection site for a couple of days. I had no other side effects to the first vaccine. One month later on 05/04/2021, I received the second Moderna vaccine and had the same very mild reaction to the injection. I was fully prepared to have some side effects, but alas...not a thing!"

For COVID-19 "20-year-old male with severe asthma (2 or more asthma attacks per day), and probable COPD, allergies with chronic urticaria, and lupus. I take 7.5 mg prednisone daily. Reasonably scared of the coronavirus. My vaccine experience: First dose: pain and swelling at the injection site, upper arm felt very sore the next day, still was a little sore the day after. Second dose: more swelling than the first dose (most of upper arm muscle felt a little swollen with slightly swollen lymph nodes in the upper arm and shoulder), upper arm felt sore for a few days. In conclusion, I had a sore and swollen arm after each shot with slightly more swelling after the second dose. A sore arm is a small price to pay for protection against this deadly virus that I know would likely kill me."

For COVID-19 "I have had both shots of the vaccine, with no aftereffects that I could notice. I would encourage everyone to get the vaccine as soon as possible."
