For Acne "I have taken the Borage high-potency cold-pressed oil from a natural food store for less than a week now and have had amazing results for treating my rosacea. I take one pill during the day and then I poke a hole in one capsule and rub a little bit of it all over my face until the entire affected area is covered. After most of the gel is absorbed into my face, I apply a thin layer of Prosacea (bought at Walmart) over my face and then proceed to bed. Every morning, I see dramatic results of my severe rosacea going away. I love this product, and it is a lot less expensive than the prescription that I was using and seeing no results at all with."
