For Herbal Supplementation "With two days of taking bilberry, I can feel a great difference in how my feet feel. (I take it for circulation in my leg and feet) Like they're rejuvenated, not 100 percent, but at least halfway there. I take it off and on... When I run out, it takes me a few weeks to get another bottle."

For Herbal Supplementation "After reading about Bilberry Extract and its use by the RAF in WWII for night vision, I started taking it back in 1985. I am now 71 years old and still have exceptionally good night vision. It has caused no health problems and no side effects over the years. I was also diagnosed with cataracts just starting back in 1997, but the latest exam in August 2023 shows that they have not gotten worse since then. I don't care what the FDA says about it, as they often approve drugs that are very dangerous (just had a serious problem with a BP med), Bilberry Extract has worked for me."

For Herbal Supplementation "After a lifetime of back-and-forth sharing with my mom, I did my research and checked against my medications, then took her suggestion to try bilberry extract for a deteriorating case of corneal dystrophy. In about 10 days, I went back to the surgeon, who declared my eyes were improved and come back in two months... more to come! If I can't update my review, I'll try to post a new one."
