Hi, you already have your answer, but just wanted to add for peace of mind that i have taken the 2 together many times & had no problems, just greater pain relief : )

I have taken Diclofenac and tramadol for a number of years, but about 3 months ago I was starting to get really upset stomach along with feeling dizzy.
I found that if I didn't take Diclofenac with Tramadol I was OK. I even tried anti inflammatory cream but it still made me feel quite ill John Proctor

Neither one of them would cause the other to have a side effect on each other. You should be perfectly fine taking these together. No worries and best of luck.
