Was wondering my boyfriend ex-girlfriend used to give him the pill Geodon and I was wondering if it could cause you to have bipolar illness or schizophrenia could it cause problems in the long run not taking anymore I was just curious

No, taking this medication doesn't cause disease but long term use could cause some metabolic and nervous system disorders.
Your boyfriend's ex was doing him no favors... besides it's illegal to share a prescription drug with people it hasn't been prescribed for.
If it was just occasional use for a short period of time I wouldn't be too concerned.
