I know the medical advice is not to drink alcohol with sertraline but can you drink a moderate amount after a while of taking sertraline (let’s say a month and it is starting to work positively)? What are people’s experience of drinking a moderate amount of alcohol with sertraline? Thanks
Can you ever drink alcohol with sertraline?

Absolutely not
Hi, CHARLES!
That's a question that will start a big debate and the factors involved are the definition of moderate and the frequency of drinking.
It doesn't matter how long you've been taking an antidepressant for an interaction to occur. For some people a drink or two may be fine but for others it can cause a disaster. I learned the hard way that I couldn't even have one drink.
My best suggestion is to try it in a safe situation and see how it affects you personally. Don't try driving!
One last thought... sertraline is an antidepressant and alcohol is a depressant.
Best regards and I hope you make a wise decision.
