Yes, you can consume alcohol in moderation with plaquenil without interacting with the medication.

Reasonable amount of alcohol, say about 30ml would perhaps make not much of a difference, however with medications alcohol is not recommended to be consumed as it may effect the side effects of the meds.
However, please do talk to the doc/pharmacist who prescribed the med. take care.
