This is my first being prepped for a colonoscopy and my GI prescribed me Plenvu. I've been reading through some of the reviews and I'm really apprehensive as this could go many different ways as it is different for everyone. The papers that were given to me says to take one dose at 1pm and the second dose at 9pm in the same day, prior to my scheduled day (which isn't until July.) I notice that in many of the reviews most were taking one dose the day before and the second dose the day of but hours before the scheduled appointment. I have a packet full of instructions to prep me for the procedure, but if the instructions given to me by my doctor are different from the actual Plenvu prescription, what are my options on how to carefully plan this.
What do you do if the directions on the Plenvu prescription differ from what the doctor gives you?
