I have struggled with adult cystic acne for the last year and a half. I am currently on the nuvaring, but I was recommended this birth control for acne. I’m a type 1 diabetic, incredibly active, and eat very clean. However, I am greatly concerned about the possibility of weight gain. Has anyone experienced or not experienced weight gain on the yaz/Yasmin? Thank you!

If you put the name of the drug into the search field of this website, & select side effects, you'll see that weight gain is listed under side effects not requiring immediate medical attention. So, yes, weight gain is a side effect of Yasmin.
