I have just gone through some of the worst three days of my life after being put on Yasmin. I felt depressed, anxious, angry and sort of derealized. After being put in the hospital at the weekend due to heavy bleeding and collapsing due to period pains i thought it was best going into a form of birth control and also feel like I suffer with PDD. After going to the local GP, a nurse who I had never met prescribed me Yasmin and as said before has really affected me in the worst way. I am thinking of switching onto Yaz which is said to treat PDD. Does anyone have any recommendations of what I should do?
Has anyone switched from Yasmin to Yaz? Which is better?

Answers
I can't imagine there would be a difference between the two, as they are both drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol.
