I had unprotected sex (27 sept night). Took 2 yaz pills next day(29 sept morn). But found out 4 had to be taken. So took 4 the day after(30 sept morn). Should I take 4 more after 12 hrs? Where i live, emergency contraceptive pills are not allowed. If ovulation had taken place before I took yaz pills will they still prevent pregnancy? Plz answer..

Take 4 more in 12 hrs. You should get on birth control pills, they are more effective then the morning after pill. They can mess up your cycle, so your period might be late. If you've already ovulated, there is no chance it will stop the pregnancy.

Thanks for d ans kaismama. I was just wondering whether taking 4 more would be too many... I already m feeling too much nauseous. And dat wud take d total no of pills to 10.

I just read your answer and I had the same situation so the answer was very helpful, now the situation is I took 4 pills in the first day and did the same in the second day, niw starting the thrid day I started taking one pill daily , the problem is I woke up with blood today ! It's day number 4 of taking the pills and the bleedibg is veeery light ! Can you explain what that means ? And in this case is it sure that I'm not pregnant ?

I had unprotected sex on Friday and then I took Two yaz pills in 24 hrs,then another two in 12 he's and again another two in 12 hr. Is there any chance of pregnancy? I wan two days after the last day of my period. It is one week after taking the pills but my period has not been started. May you tell me if there is any chance of pregnancy. Thank you.
