Why does Cymbalta become ineffective after 6 months?

Thank you Wildcat vet for your queries. Use cymbalta for anxiety only. Went from 30 mg per day to 60 mg per day for 6 months or so. Amazing drug! No significant side effects.. after 6 months I didn’t feel that euphoria anymore. Went to 90 but no improvement.

If it was working before it shouldn't be "pooping out" on you now. It's unusual for an antidepressant to stop working altogether when used short-term. What dosage are you taking? Are you taking it for depression, anxiety, or pain? Have you had any new stresses in your life?
