Hi, take Crafate (sucralfate) with a full glass of water,on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.

THanks for your answer. Do you take the liquid or the tablet? I take 2 teaspoons 3 times a day, but sometimes it seems like it would be better to also take at least one dose at bedtime. What do you think?

Usually 2 teaspoonfuls 4 times daily or as directed by your doctor.
