i would say the 15s are, but it does depend on how many of each a person gets
Roxi
The roxy's r stronger 1 of those is like 1 & 1/2 perks... I would rather a Roxy any day
What about the 30 mg roxycodone? In comparison to Percocet 10/325?
30 mg oxycodone equals 3 ten mg Percocet. As Dzoo said, Percocet 10/325 has 10 mg oxycodone and Roxy, a brand name for oxycodone, is simply the same as oxycodone. Therefore, the only difference between 30 mgs oxycodone and 10/325 of Percocet is it would take 3 to equal "Roxy's" plus add 975 mg of tylenol to the 3 Percocet in total.
I'm confused,

I am in agreement with Dzoo... she is 100% right on...
Both drugs contain an opioid medicine called oxycodone. Percocet is a combo drug with 10mg oxycodone and acetaminophen 325mg. Roxicodone is just oxycodone 15mg. The Roxicodone has 5 more milligrams of the active opioid oxycodone so it would be the stronger of the two.
