What is the recommended spacing between amlodipine and Eliquis dosing?
What is recommended spacing of Synthroid and Eliquis, and famciclovir?

Due to current case of shingles, my doctor has prescribed gabapentin.
Is there any interaction, contradiction, or warning in regard to my other current meds?

First off these 3 prescription only medications do not interact between them.

You are/will (be) taking 3 prescription only medications and your Dr. doesn't instruct/guide you on how you must take them.

Your Dr. is responsible for your treatment and safety. I am obviously not your Dr., do not know your medical background and each one of these medications, although they do not interact with each other have warnings, potential risks and side effects.

I suggest you contact your Dr. and have him/her explain on how these prescribed medications are taken and make him/her responsible for your treatment (s) and safety.

I will run the interaction check without the antiviral Famciclovir, I would think this medication was replaced by Gabapentin and just in case I am incorrect, as you do not provide this information, one with the antiviral as well, just in case.
