Salbutamol (or albuterol in the United States) is normally used when you have an attack so you probably won't use it all the time with your other inhalers. However, if you do use salbutamol regularly as well, then use salbutamol first as it opens the airways and will allow the Advair and Atrovent to travel further into the lungs. The other 2 can follow in any random order. Out of Atrovent and Advair you could use Atrovent first.
