The Mounjaro Coupon or Savings Card helps you save money on prescriptions for Mounjaro. You may pay as little as $25 for a 1-month to 3-month prescription of Mounjaro if you qualify for the Mounjaro Savings card.
How do I qualify for a Mounjaro Coupon or Savings Card?
You can get a Mounjaro savings card if you have commercial insurance and have a Mounjaro prescription for type 2 diabetes. You must be a current resident of the United States or Puerto Rico and be 18 years old. You are not eligible for a savings card if you do not have commercial drug insurance or if you are enrolled in any state, federal, or government-funded healthcare program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, DoD, VA, TRICARE CHAMPUS, or any state prescription drug assistance program.
How much will I save with a Mounjaro Coupon or Savings Card?
If you have commercial insurance that covers Mounjaro, you may pay as little as $25 for 1, 2, or 3 months of medicine, up to a maximum savings of $150 per month and a separate maximum annual savings of up to $1800 per calendar year. You must have a valid prescription for Mounjaro that has been prescribed for the FDA-approved indication of type 2 diabetes in adults.
If you have commercial insurance that does not cover Mounjaro, you may have savings of up to $473 off your 1-month prescription fill of Mounjaro. There is a maximum monthly savings of up to $473 and a separate maximum annual savings of up to $2,365 per calendar year. The card may be used for a maximum of up to 5 prescription fills per calendar year. You must have a valid prescription for Mounjaro that has been prescribed for the FDA-approved indication, which is type 2 diabetes in adults.
