ANY medication like Diamox with a diuretic action may tend to lower your lithium levels and so frequent blood monitoring is indicated.

Acetazolamide may decrease serum lithium levels by decreasing tubular reabsorption. The clinical significance is unknown."

Do you mean Diamox?
The Diamox brand name has been discontinued in the U.S. If generic versions of this product have been approved by the FDA, there may be generic equivalents available.
