This pill has been identified as Acetaminophen 500 mg and Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5 mg. Generic for: Vicodin, Lortab

generic version of vicodin 5/500 made by watson labs. the best generic on the market in my opinion:)
It's Vicodin 5/500- 5mg of hydrocodone (vicodin) and 500mg of acetaminophen (tylenol).
