Has anyone felt at first such terrible feeling as I did? I felt fresh in first day but i do not really remember how the day was. I mostly was at home. I was calm but mood wasn't good. I really was confused and felt sometimes good, sometimes not good. Day two I was out with a friend and truly remember nothing. I had no appetite. I was very calm and very energetic but on the three day I was giving it up and couldn't take it. Should I keep taking it and wait a few more days?
Vortioxetine - Brintellix first three days?

Yes, as Ronman said, try to stay on it. It took about 6 to 8 weeks to get through the side effects but it was worth it!
but there werent side effect i just felt terrbile mood and dream was nightmare the mood was bad i was unconfidant i trully dont remember how it was
That's kinda weird but could be your brain noticing a change. See how you make out after a week or two... if you can! It is a good one if it agrees with you! Let us know how you are making out!
I believe you should keep going. Initial side effects may be troublesome, but in the end, it will be worth it.
I have been on Brintrellix (Trintellix) for 3 years. It is the best major depression med I have ever been on. I have been on a lot of them.

I have had Major Depression for over 50 years. I have only been diagnosed for 20 years, and truly dialed in for the last 3-4 years.
