You'll need to experiment as everyone responds differently. One ray of hope is that fatigue, sedation, and sleepiness are very common side effects that generally resolve in 2-3 weeks. If it lasts longer than that you'll need to get advice from your doctor. Also, depending on what dose you're taking your doctor may recommend a temporary reduction in your dosage.

About the only time that works for me is noon. I have lunch so I can take it with it. I feel like crap for 3-4 hours and it fades. 1 year in 5mg.
