How long for mood to stabilize and anxiety decrease on Trintellix? I'm now on day 13 of Trintellix.

The first 7 days I took just 5 mg while weaning off of Viibryd. For the past 6 days I've taken 10 mg of Trintellix and no Viibryd. I have started to feel the effects of the Trintellix and my mood has lifted, however, I feel more anxious than I did when on Viibryd and experience periods where it feels like I have "coffee jitters" where it is difficult to concentrate and relax. Has anyone else experienced this when starting Trintellix and does it go away?
Rathmullan, I've never taken Trintellix so I have no personal experience to relate. But we know that side effects can last a couple of weeks and you've been on the 10mg for only six days after doubling your dosage. You're already feeling some beneficial effects which indicate the medication is beginning to work but keep in mind that anxiety and associated nervousness/restlessness/agitation are slower to respond than depression. I think you're probably right on schedule and a little more time and patience will resolve your issues. Depending on who you ask it can take 4-6 or 6-8 weeks for the drug to become fully effective in most cases but again, it's the anxiety that's going to slow things down a bit.

Thank You! Everyday is a bit different. At this point I'm committed to continuing another 8 days on the Trintellix at which point I have an appointment with my care provider where we will discuss continuing with Trintellix or returning to Viibryd.
Thank You for your support, caring and wisdom. Take care for now and all the best.
