Hi, Bluemoon! "TRINTELLIX: The recommended starting dose is 10 mg administered orally once daily without regard to meals. Dosage should then be increased to 20 mg/day, as tolerated, because higher doses demonstrated better treatment effects in trials conducted in the United States." I would ask your doctor about taking 3 antidepressants especially Zoloft and Trintellix which are both SSRI's (Cymbalta is an atypical antidepressant) and carry the risk of a rare but serious interaction: https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=2057-1348,949-2273,3490-18003 Hope this is helpful.

Thank you Wildcatvet!
Yes,I have concern about serotonin syndrome.I asked doctor all 3 of them are prescribed. He told me it's rare, also I tend to tolerate well to any medication, also I'm told if I feel anything weird,I should immediately call doctor.
I ended up prescribed 20mg Trintellix and 37.5mg Effexor XR.(Will go up to 75mg if nothing happens)I have to watch my blood pressure and other symptoms, usually I don't have any.

I had fatigue side effect with Trintellix 10mg. Upping to 20 just gave me more fatigue so I went back to 10. I was on this dose for 8 months but stopped because it was no longer effective for me.

Thank you! I have no side effect so far. This is one of the reasons I came up with the idea. If there's no high blood pressure side effect I got,I would re-consider Effexor XR again.
