The possible side effects with Allopurinol are:
A skin rash, Easy bruising or bleeding, Frequent or persistent infections
Signs of liver problems, such as weight loss, appetite loss, itching, and increased liver enzymes, Painful urination, Blood in the urine, Irritation of the eyes. Signs of an allergic reaction, including itching, unexplained swelling of the lips or mouth, wheezing, or difficulty breathing or swallowing.
Some of the less frequent/common side effects are:
Diarrhea, Nausea, Gout attacks, Fever, Headaches, Vomiting, Indigestion or heartburn, Muscle pain, Joint pain, Unusual sensations (such as burning, pricking, or tingling) in the hands or feet, Drowsiness, Nosebleeds, Hair loss,
Taste changes or loss of taste.

Sorry Raijive! Your answer does not mention ANY detail about "tinnitus".
