I take mine in the morning and have not had a problem..eat breakfast right after.
I wish there was an exact answer however it depends on the individual. If you take it in the evening and have difficulty sleeping, then I'd recommend trying it in the morning but some complain of an upset stomach. I have heard both sides, (not a doctor). So experiment and if you find your sleep is disturbed, switch to the morning with a meal to avoid any GI discomfort. Best of luck to you!!!
