I am 57. I had a mastectomy ( right) in February of 2020. No more cancer now. I am very concerned about the side effects. I presently have osteoarthritis. I have to get a bone density test also. I understand that I will also get nuclear medicine injection before density test.
I have a 7% chance of cancer coming back without Arimidex (anastrozole).
And 3% chance with it.
Should I take Arimidex (anastrozole) after mastectomy?

The percentage is so small. What does your doctor recommend? I have taken it for 2 plus years. The side effects are not pleasant. If it were me making that decision with only a 4 percent difference, I would not take it. Good luck to you. BTW, I am 72.
