Benadryl can make it worse. Lorazepam has been known to rarely cause facial dyskinesias. The other thing is if you have TD don't ever take reglan.
Thank you for your answer. My TD is not facial. But I tried stopping the Benadryl and lowering the dose of lorazepam, and my problem got worse. my neurologist then asked me to increase the dosage of both and I also got worse! so I am quite desperate.
Tardive Dyskinesia is made worse with the suppression by stigma and silencing; leaving sufferers in an empty echo chamber of shame and pain. Luckily, there are medications to treat the symptoms of this illness. Sometimes, by quickly discontinuing a medication, there are withdrawal dyskinesias. There's a ton of new info on nutritional, behavioral and mainstream medical interventions for TD.
