I forgot to take my Zoloft for a few days then talked to my mom and told her she needed to reorder. She still hasn't so I won't have enough. I've been off of it for about a week now and wondering I should go back on? Or wait longer? Any thoughts? Thank you.
Taking Zoloft after stopping for a week?

Hi, Bells!
Hopefully you aren't having any discontinuation symptoms from the missed doses.
If the medication is helping your depression and anxiety disorders you should get back on it as quickly as possible. Depending on how long you're off it you may have some mild side effects when you start it again.
Thank you so much.. yes that would be my only concern is that I would how side effects when going back on. I know someone else said that if you wait about a couple more weeks it would be like starting over so no side effects. Not sure if that's the way to go since I've been off for over a week now (maybe about a week and 3 or 4 days).
Thanks so much, bells.
