I have a very bad infected venous leg ulcer that is finally getting treatment and hopfully on the road to healing. My primary gave me 50mg tramadol for pain but it does not even scratch the surface of helping with the pain. I took my last tramadol yesterday around 4pm and I came across an old bottle of Oxycodone acetaminophen 5-325 and it is 7:30pm now so it’s been over 24 hours. Can I take a Oxycodone pill now for the pain without worrying about having a seizure? At least that is the warning on the drug interactions. Only I am not taking both at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am in horrible pain. Thank you
Taking oxycodone 5-325 a day after taking tramadol 50mg.

Answers
I'm currently taking oxycodone and in the past I've also taken tramadol.
You are on a low enough dose that I don't think it would have any adverse effects for you. So, in my opinion, I think it would be safe to take the oxycodone/acetaminophen now.
