I was taking metoprolol in the morning and at night. It was too much so my Dr told me to just take it once a day but at night. Because I had already taken it that morning I did not take it that night or the next morning. My plan was to take it that night. I ended up in the emergency room with a blood pressure of 200/98. Please be careful
It will be fine. My husband missed doses on his occasionally. If it's in your system, 12 hours won't make a difference. He took his at night as well.
