I was on Ambien and quit, so side effects, started the zanax about a month ago and feel pretty god and getting a good nights sleep.
Can taking .25mg zanax a night to help sleep have any bad sideffects?

Even though you are on a low dose the xanax can still become habit forming if you take it every night for 2-3 weeks... Be safe
Hi, you do need to bare in mind that Benzodiazepines can be addictive, so only take the minimum you need to get your sleep. You are on a low dose so the risk is minimized. There are many 'potential' side effects, as there are for any medication.
