I have just had my dose of sertraline increased from 25 mg to 50 mg. However I have loads of 25 mg tablets remaining, and can't really afford to buy a new set of 50 mg at the present.
Would taking two 25 mg tablets, be just the same as the one 50 mg tab? What would the differences be?

Yes, you can take two 25 mg. pills and you will have the same effect as one 50 mg. one. It is the same.
