The product sold in Mexico is dispersed thru an inhaler similar to Pulmicort whereas the product sold in the US is in a metered dispenser similar to albuterol rescue inhalers. Mexico version 160/4.5 contains 60 doses. US version is 120 doses. Does 1 inhalation of the Mexico version equal 2 inhalations of the US dosage?

Not sure, but I wouldn't use anything coming out of there (but that's just me), I've heard too many rip-off and horror stories.
