How long do withdrawal symptoms last?

I tapered from 150mg venlafaxine down to 37.5 mg and stayed here for 4 weeks. I then stopped. I am on day 10 now with no signs of this leaving my body. Bad brain thumps, nausea, anxiety outbursts. How many days does a body take to rid this medication?

Back on sertraline. Help please?

I changed medication 4 months ago I changed from sertraline 200mg to venlafaxine 150mg (it was sheer hell). So 3 weeks ago I abruptly stopped venlafaxine and restarted sertraline 100mg upped a week later to 150mg the anxiety is hell has anybody got any advice please?

I am coming off venlafaxine and feeling horrific. Headaches, nausea, body aches it’s terrible.

Any advice to help ease side affects while withdrawing? I am taking paracetamol & anti sickness & Epsom salt baths. Does anybody know how long this lasts?
