I have been on sertraline for years and never get much relief. What would you recommend for drenching flashes and night sweats besides this drug, Citra Pram, Prempro, Venlafaxine, Bupropion, and Trazodone... which all had bad side effects? I got relief from Combi patches, but insurance won't allow it anymore.

I would suggest Gabapentin uses off label amongst many conditions it treats hot flashes or Brisdelle.
"Gabapentin is a drug that doctors sometimes prescribe off-label to reduce hot flashes. Instead of affecting hormones, experts think it may act on the hypothalamus, the part of the brain that regulates body temperature."
There really is not a "best" drug for any condition for anyone. Everyone reacts differently to every medication, what may work for you fantastically for someone else may be a nightmare and vice versa.
