Duloxetine - I was on Zoloft for 20+ years. It stopped working, so my doctor put me on Cymbalta.

Stopping Cymbalta/starting Pristiq proper protocol?
I am currently slowly tapering off Cymbalta by counting beads, 3-4% every 4 weeks, currently at about 17mg. My Doctor wants me to stop taking it and start taking Pristiq, another SNRI.
