Do you stop taking Eliquis when you have a dentist appointment? If so, when before & after?

If the prescription Eliquis is stopped because of a dentist appointment, is there another medicine to help prevent a blood clot from forming? If not, how many days before Dental appointment and how many days after?

Can aspirin be taken with Eliquis for DVT/PE?

I recently had a DVT and a Pulmonary Embolism. I was told by one doctor to stop take a daily Aspirin 81mg due to bleeding risks. Another said I can continue the aspirin 2 - 3x a week because they work differently. Which is right?

Can eliquis 5 mg be cut in half. I have 2 bottles of 5mg and my dr changed me to 2.5 since it so costly I’d like to know the answer.

... strengths requires food to bond with to be safe and effective. If I added a couple of tablespoons of avocado or MCT oils would that be enough for the pill to bond with?
