Answers
I have been on Eliquis for 5 months. My doc suggested I stop the day before, the day of and continue the day after my appointment.
I just recently started taking Eliquis and had a dental cleaning coming up. When I called my dentist to ask about it they said they always go with whatever instructions that your prescribing physician says. My dr. said he wanted me to stay on it even for a dental because I had just recently started taking it. I'm putting off the dental for a while as I'm only on it for a handful of months. Call your physician to see what they say.
