Can I take naproxen and meloxicam at the same time?

Mobic (meloxicam) not working anymore. What else can I take?

I've used this medication successfully for a number of years. But now it is no longer working for me. I'm on the highest allowed dosage (15mg) so cannot increase dosage. Has anyone else found they need something stronger - and if so, what did you take please?
