Take levothyroxine, Pantoprazole, Cholestyramine, Amitriptyline, that interact with each other. Especially Levothyroxine and Pantoprazole which I should take in morning on empty stomach at 4 hours apart and wait at 1/2 to hour to eat. What should I do?

Developed rash after two weeks? I've been on levothyroxine (after thryoid removal) for two weeks and take it first thing in morning on empty stomach, two hours before breakfast. This morning my chest broke out in a rash and itches. Still there after 12 hours. Is this a symptom of the medication?

I take Levothyroxine 25 MG first thing in the morning then in the evening after my meal I take Fluoxetine HCL 20 MG, Loratadine 10 MG and Crestor 40 MG. Is this ok or should I take some of these at different times during the day?
