The levothyroxine must be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. 30 min later you can take the sucralfate, what a little longer, have breakfast. The sucralfate is probably more then once a day, you're supposed to take it before meals. The [-{{dexilant}}-] you can take at any time of day, so I'd move it between meals sometime because of the sucralfate.
The product information sheet that came with Dexilant says, If taking Sucralfate, take dexiansoprazole at least 30 min before Sucralfate. Which to me doesn't make since.
The Sucralfate is twice a day.
