My doctor has prescribed both of these prescriptions to me; however, both say to take in the morning 1 hr. before breakfast. I got the script after the Dr.'s office closed and asked the pharmacist but she advised to take one of the pills in the morning and one at night. I can't do that since I am supposed to take them on an empty stomach. After I realized this, the pharmacy was already closed for the weekend. Is it okay to take them together 1 hr. before breakfast?
Taking Levothyroxine and Phentermine at the same time?

Hello calusby. I'm afraid your pharmacist is correct. Better on the side of caution to space, as suggested, one in the morning, the other in the evening. Phentermine when taken along with the Levothyroxine, might possibly have a negative interaction. Good health and wishes to you,pledge
