Having a diagnosis of possible leukemia based on platelets count down. Wanted to know if anyone has had this side effect? Or any liver or spleen issues that also are related to the platelet formation and cleaning.

Falling platelet counts didn't phase doctor. Two years later it was decided the falling counts were thrombocytopenia leading eventually to chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It would seem this would be a big issue for drug reps to share with doctors.
