Stopped period after 2 years on Nexplanon?

I’ve had my implant for 2 years now and my periods have been irregular, cycles are between 19-30+days but suddenly they have just stopped?

Nexplanon - Is it to normal to have sharp pain around the implants 3 months after it is inserted?
