How do you know if you should be taking more of an antidepressant or more of an antipsychotic when you’re taking both in combination with each other for the treatment of Anxiety and Depression. For example I’m taking 20mg of Lexapro with 75.5mg of Seroquel at night. My Psychiatrist said we can go to 40mg of Lexapro if required. How do I know which one I need to increase if I still have symptoms of Anxiety and Depression? Thank you
