With 5mg oxycodone, if you took 12mg, two 5mgs pills and then cut one in half is that bad for you? Can you overdose on that by taking half size pills?

Splitting the dose or pill will do just that, split the dose, as far as overdose depending on your tolerance can vary person to person... the word itself describes it's definition... all your doing by taking half of the 3rd dose is taking 2.5 more mg of oxycodone plus whatever amount of acetaminophen the pill contains.
